Orders & Production
How long will it take to get my gear?
Because we use a one-to-one production model, most orders are processed and printed within 5–7 business days before shipping.
Why is my item being made-to-order?
This "print-on-demand" approach ensures the highest quality and allows us to offer unique, custom designs without the waste of traditional mass production.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it is sent immediately to our production partners. Therefore, we are usually unable to make changes or cancellations.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, we require a physical residential or business address to ensure reliable delivery via our ground carriers.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping varies by item based on the size and weight and where the item is being shipped to. During checkout, shipping costs will be calculated for your convenience.
How can I track my package?
You will receive an automated email with a tracking number as soon as your gear leaves the production facility.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Since every item is custom-printed specifically for you, we only accept returns for manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors (wrong size/color sent). To review our full return & refund policy, click here.
What if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?
Because we don't hold inventory, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" or sizing errors. Please check our size charts carefully before ordering!
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We’ll make it right! Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the defect, and we will rush a replacement to you.

How do I contact customer service?

What if my package is lost or stolen?
While we aren't responsible for carrier errors or "delivered" items that go missing, please contact us and we will do our best to help you file a claim with the shipping provider.
Club Managers & Bulk Orders
Do you offer bulk discounts for teams?
Yes! While our one-to-one model is perfect for individual members, we offer tiered pricing for large team orders, tournament uniforms, or event-specific gear. Contact us for more details.
Can we customize a design for a specific event?
Absolutely. We can work with your club to create "Limited Edition" tournament shirts or commemorative gear that is only available for a specific window of time.
Is there a minimum order for bulk pricing?
Bulk pricing typically kicks in for orders of 14 units or more of the same design. Contact our team for a custom quote.
Getting Your Club Listed
How do I get my club listed on the store?
It’s easy! Reach out to us via our "Partner With Us" page. We’ll review your club’s needs, discuss design options, and help you launch a dedicated collection for your members.
What does it cost to have a club collection?
We offer a low-risk model for approved clubs. We have a small onboarding fee and have support services for a fee to help support you with the creation of your artwork, if needed. But don't worry, your club will actually share in the revenue generated by your clubs purchases. From there, we handle the hosting, printing, and shipping, while your members get high-quality gear and you earn.
Who handles the designs?
You can provide your own high-resolution, vector-based, club logo, or our design team can collaborate with you, for a small fee, to create a professional look that fits the Club Pickleball Store aesthetic.
How long does it take to launch a club shop?
Once the designs are approved, we can usually have your club’s collection live and ready for orders within 5–10 business days.
