Refund Policy

At Club Pickleball Store, we stand behind the quality of our gear. To keep our prices competitive and our operations lean, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges. Please review the terms below before completing your purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following two conditions:

  • Manufacturer Defects: If the product arrives damaged or possesses a clear functional defect.
  • Fulfillment Errors: If we sent you the wrong item, color, or size relative to your original order.

We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind," aesthetic preferences, sizing issues, or general wear and tear from play.

2. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • Return Shipping: The cost of shipping an item back to us is the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Only the cost of the physical product (plus applicable taxes) will be credited.
  • Delivery Issues: Club Pickleball Store is not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier (e.g., lost packages, delayed delivery, or "delivered" items that go missing).
  • Reorders: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-send the order.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If you have received a defective item or the wrong product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team within 14 days of delivery. To begin a request, click here.
  2. Provide Proof: Include your order number and clear photos of the defect or the incorrect item received.
  3. Ship It Back: Once authorized, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.

4. Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange request. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment or store credit within 10 business days.
