Thank you for choosing Club Pickleball Store. We aim to get your gear to the court as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Shipping Destinations & Methods
To ensure the most reliable service, we operate with the following restrictions:
- Continental US Only: We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.
- Physical Addresses Only: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business street address at checkout.
- Ground Shipping: All orders are shipped via standard Ground Methods (e.g., UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Ground Advantage). We do not offer expedited or overnight air shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Rates
Our shipping fees are calculated based on the items you purchase. Rates are calculated based on the size and weight of your items along with the distance of shipping from our origin facilities to your ship-to address.
3. Order Processing & Tracking
- Processing Time: Due to the custom nature of our products, most orders are processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
- Delivery Estimates: While ground shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days, please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Errors & Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. As per our Return & Refund Policy, Club Pickleball Store is not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect addresses or carrier delays. If a package must be re-ordered or re-shipped due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
